“John Hughes Lied, Elvis Died” is my second short film that may never reach the public. Inspired by John Hughes films of the 80s and my own prom experience—Maria makes prom night memorable when she steals the Elvis cutout lauded by the school staff. However, her friends ruin the night, her dress, and Elvis.
